@ratdragon : but, why, yes!
zee captain ALWAYS has a plan, so i have faith in his actions, even in the craziest ones!
perhaps he cosidered the mega-sector 9 fortress as a threat for mankind, so he easily and conveniently deactivated the gravity engines!
think about it! ;)
yes, i was having a similar thought when i first saw this page, so i guess this is the right course of action; the copyright robotic fortresses were only a threat for mankind, and not a benefit...
thanks for replying back, i hope my comments do not tire you!
you do an amazing comic!
@Branai
Crosses hold things up. Things like scarecrows.
@sergeant
Notice, how there are no humans left on the planet's surface.
99,99% of mankind's biological matter was vaporized into tiny, tiny atoms with their neuron maps converted into gravitational waves.
It's not captain's job to dig it them all out and put them back together atom by atom.
Secondly, the floating G-Directorate Sector-Control superstructures are filled with Overmind Programs who's only purpose is to copyright and to control, not to create life. They're mostly obsolete office machines, like that bulky copier that stands in the corner collecting dust and tells you 'PC LOAD LETTER' instead of doing anything useful.
Also, Lifalope is bringing life back to the planet, if you might recall.
@Branai I think th3 cross thing is mor3 lik3 a Sc4r3crow thing. ?_? Th3r3's s33ms to be a whol3 "Wiz4rd of Oz" thing going on but sinc3 I s4id th4t it prob4bly m34ns h3's gonn4 ch4ng3 it. How3v3r, crucifiction do3sn't h4v3 to m34n it's a r3ligious thing. Just d34th.
wow, another cool comic with captain kicking butts.
yet, i dont get it.
he defeated the evil guy, he stole his ''shoes'', and he could practically do ANYTHING that he ever wanted with the floating station 9 fortress, since he is the NEW sector 9 overlord(and system wizard).
and instead of using the floating sector 9 fortress to a beneficial way of rebuilding cities/recreating mankind, he decides to deactivate the gravity systems on it, and to let it fall in it's doom?
unless he considers this sector-9 fortress too dangerous to be left intact.
in that case, good move!
anyway, i am expecting new comics, and lets see what happens with snippy on his current troubles.

Estas instalaciones gravitacionales, sería genial que les agregaran manuales de vez en cuando.
