I support ZeeWaddledee's theory. Reason:
In 99 pink stalky claims to have a permit for the robot.
In 101 "normal" (not pink) stalky wakes up mentioning a feeling of a three eyed cat scanning his brain for a permit, so I think this is after the events of 99. He also finds captain's map
Here in 102 while following the map he encounteres the pink stuff. He has the map so this has to be after the events of 101.
TL;DR: pink stalky gets turned into normal stalky by lifealope then turns to pink stalky again because of the biological bomp with the pink stuff.
